At The Kraft Roethler Group, everything we do is built around partnership and trust. We focus on truly understanding what matters most to you—your family, your goals, your business, and the causes you care about—and then helping you make thoughtful financial decisions aligned with those priorities. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all advice. Instead, we work alongside you as long-term partners, providing clarity and guidance through every stage of life’s journey. Our team is committed to operating with integrity and putting your best interests first, while offering comprehensive wealth management, planning, and education designed to help you feel confident and informed. If it’s important to you, it’s important to us—and that mindset drives every recommendation and conversation we have.

The Investment Advisors Act of 1940 established that investment advisors have a “fiduciary duty” to their clients. While the definition of that fiduciary standard has evolved in case law over the years, it’s commonly understood to mean that anyone offering professional investment advice is legally obliged to make recommendations that place the interests of the client ahead of their own and provide full disclosure of any conflicts of interest. Any firm or Financial Advisor who offers ongoing investment advice is legally required to live up to this standard. But that’s not the end of the story. The truth is, while thoughtful, proactive wealth management begins with sound investment advice, it doesn’t necessarily end there. Our office can also provide brokerage services – services that fall outside the fiduciary standard but that can still play a vital role in achieving your financial goals. Working with a Financial Advisor you trust – one who understands you and your circumstances well enough to recommend advisory solutions, brokerage solutions, or both – can help create the future you want in the way that’s just right for you.*

What makes Baird different from many financial firms began with our founding in 1919 and Robert Baird’s understanding that our business was fundamentally about trust, partnership and building better futures for our clients and the communities we share. What we call The Baird Way represents the responsibility that comes with that understanding and our confidence that it brings out our best in everything we do. It is the foundation of core beliefs we share, the promise we make to each other and the inspiration for our Mission: To provide the best financial advice and service to our clients and be the best place to work for our associates. Much has changed in the world since Robert Baird first wrote “Clients Come First” in 1919. But the focus that has fueled Baird’s growth and success for more than a century has always been on doing what’s best for the people who rely on us. That’s The Baird Way.

No. There is no fee for an initial meeting. Our first conversation is simply an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We want you to feel comfortable asking questions, learning how we work, and understanding whether our approach is the right fit for you. Just as importantly, it allows us to learn more about what’s important to you before any decisions are made. Our goal is to build a relationship first, with no pressure or obligation.
