Madison is passionate about building meaningful relationships and delivering an exceptional client experience. As a Client Specialist with The Kraft Roethler Group, she supports clients through a variety of service and operational needs; ensuring their experience with the team is seamless, responsive, and personalized. Prior to joining Baird in 2024, Madison developed extensive customer service and leadership skills through roles in the hospitality industry, including managing the opening and operations of a growing business. These experiences helped develop the strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills she brings to her role today. A graduate of Elon University, Madison earned a bachelor's degree in Environmental and Sustainability Studies in 2021. Madison resides in Ohio City with her boyfriend, Stewart. Outside of the office, she enjoys hiking, biking, and discovering new restaurants. Madison holds FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
