Madison has a passion for service-oriented work and is delighted to get acquainted with and support the clients of The Kraft Roethler Group. She joins the team in 2024, bringing three years of hospitality experience. She graduated from Elon University with a B.A. in Environmental and Sustainability Studies in 2021. Madison went on to work as an urban farmer while serving at a local restaurant in Richmond, Virginia in 2022. She then moved to Asheville, North Carolina where she continued her work in customer service, bartending at a local distillery. As the business expanded, Madison earned the opportunity to oversee the opening of a second distillery location as General Manager. She is thrilled with the opportunity to join Baird Private Wealth Management. With a vested interest in personal finance, she plans to leverage her communication and problem-solving skills to drive home an exceptional service experience.
Madison resides in Ohio City and is looking forward to exploring Cleveland further. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, reading, and trying new restaurants. She is actively pursuing the FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
