Isabella is a 2025 graduate from the University of Dayton where she studied marketing and graphic design. She is very excited to begin her career with Baird where she hopes to foster new relationships and grow new ones through event planning and marketing objectives. At the University of Dayton, she was involved in the student run organization Flyer Enterprises, Best Buddies, and the business fraternity Alpha Kappa Psi. She previously worked with Avient Corporation as a Marketing Intern. She currently lives in Chagrin Falls, where she grew up, with her mom and sister. In her free time, she enjoys going on walks, trying new foods, and listening to podcasts.
